1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Matts Airport Transfers, concerning your access to and use of our airport transfer booking services. By booking a journey from Reigate, Redhill, or surrounding areas to any UK airport, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Usage and Booking Conditions

Matts Airport Transfers provides dedicated airport taxi services. Users are permitted to use our booking platform and services solely for arranging professional airport transportation. We rely on accurate information provided by the customer regarding flight numbers and pickup times to ensure our flight tracking and scheduling remain effective for early morning departures and late-night arrivals.

• Users must not provide false or misleading information regarding flight times, pickup locations in Reigate/Redhill, or contact details that could interfere with the driver's ability to fulfill the pre-booked journey.
• Users are prohibited from using the service for any illegal purposes or to transport hazardous materials, ensuring the safety of our professional drivers and the integrity of our vehicles during transit to Gatwick, Heathrow, or other major airports.
• Users may not attempt to bypass our fixed-pricing structure or engage in fraudulent booking practices that disrupt our dedicated airport transfer operations or impact our ability to serve other pre-booked passengers.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While Matts Airport Transfers uses flight tracking to adjust for delays, we are not liable for missed flights due to unforeseen traffic conditions, extreme weather, or mechanical failure beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, specifically regarding the fixed price of the booked journey. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, although we strive for 100% punctuality for all Gatwick and Heathrow transfers.

4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Matts Airport Transfers and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on our website. Continued use of our airport transfer services from Reigate, Redhill, and surrounding areas after such changes constitutes your consent.
